Easu/Esau/Efau/Efaw/Efaugh all possible spellings of EFAW. I recently had a message from a person in Minn. That said they had a "Anna Margaretha Efau married to Carl Friedrich Dietzel" in 1721, the Dietzel family from Germany. If Anna is of my line or vice versa she would be the furthest back of any of my family. The name Ann(a) and Margaret(tha) run in my early family. I have been told that the Efau or Efaw seem to be of German Origin. Keeping in mind the "S" and "F" similiarties in the old spellings. Any one have any help for me. I can trace my Ancestor to 1783 in VA at that time he said he was 18 yrs old and Born in PA, which would be 1765. But have never been able to find any family for him, that is parents or siblings. thank you bob e Notify Administrator about this message?
