William Ertel was born Dec 30, 1861 in Germany. He died Nov. 4, 1941 near Greentop, Missouri. Beatrice Molick was born in 1864 in Germany and died in 1943 in Missouri. They were married in 1886 in Missouri. They had 7 children.
He came to America in 1879 and settled near St. Louis where he lived for 3 years. (Possibly to work off his fare to this country.)
He had a brother Carl Ertel 1865-1936 (never married) and a sister Pauline who may have married a doctor in Macom, Missouri.
Does anyone have information on William's parents or his sister?
