Re: Your inquiry regarding Winn Parish Erskines. My grandmother, Nancy Ann Erskine Parker lived in Sikes, Winn Parish. She was married to Dr.J. B. Parker. They were my mother's parents. Winn Parish has a USGenweb site that might have some information. I don't know her parents names but I do vaguely remember my ggfather before he died. It was probably in 1944 - 45. I know my grandmother had a brother named Chester, and sisters Mary married to a Gulledge and Alda(Aldie?)married to Sam Gates. Her mother may have been a Crain. Hope this helps.
