This is just not acceptable. I have been working for 4 days thinking it was my computer, reloaded software, rebooted computer and then finally see that others are having the same problem. I went on their blog the first day it started and their blog was down...duh I should have known Ancestry could care less about their paying customers, they know how to send us advertisements but not how to notify us that their server is down...unhappy...very unhappy...they have a captive audience.
