This is the third day that I have been unable to use the Web Search function of Family Tree Maker. I have confirmed with Norton that my firewell settings are OK and have checked the "Compatibility" options suggested by Family Tree Maker. Is FTM not able to post a message advising how long the problem is likely to continue?
