Thanks for your help. Had a few problems downloading my 22.214.171.1248 version of FTM to version 126.96.36.1999, but on the 3rd try, the download was successful. I had to figure out how to "Run as administrator."
This patch resolved my issues with the message "arabic out of range" when generating a lengthy genreport. I generated an 1100 page genreport and did not get "arabic out of range" on any of the pages. For those who like to track such things, the report took a full 12 minutes to generate.
However, at the very end of the process, I received an odd message, "There was a problem connecting to the registration server. Please check your Internet connection and try again or close this dialog box and register later. There were 2 choices to click on: "Try Again" and "Close and register later." I clicked on "Try Again" and that resulted in nothing. So I clicked on "Close and register later" and the dialog box disappeared.
Now, 1) I could have sworn that I registered back in 2011 when I purchased this product. And 2) I don't think I could have successfully downloaded an update to a product that I hadn't registered in the 1st place.
Is there a way to CHECK whether I've already registered this product ? I don't want to register again, if I've already registered, as I don't know if that would cause any problems to register this product twice. Is there a place to look to find out whether I've registered this product already ?
