FTM 2008 German on Windows 7 - no patch upload possible

Hi,

I am using the german version of FTM 2008 on Windows 7.
I did not work on my research for the last 2 years and I am just starting again.
My FTM 2008 version is still 17.0.0.757 and I tried to upload the patch 965 automatically or manually > unfortunately with no success.
I get the error message:
"old file not found however a file with the same name was found. no update done since file contents do not match." and the upload of the patch is ended.
There seams to be a processing error with the file "common.dll". Thats all I get and understand.

Please, can someone help me, please?
