Hi Russ, I am using Windows XP, 3GB RAM, running FTM 2009. My file contains 134,000+ names. The browser I am using is AOL Version 9.6. The procedure I am using is: select the person, select publish, then select the report/chart option, select create chart/report, select the number of generations, wait until, wait until my selection appears in window (typically a registry report),
then select "Upload to Ancestry", select the content criteria (privatizw, etc), wait while the program "analyzing" bar appears: at this point the program may crash or in the next step preapring to submit.
