Well, it's not the printer driver. I'm going to investigate the missing fonts idea more closely, though (checking to see that all fonts are properly registered).

Fundamentally, I suspect the issue is related to the number of conversions my file has been through. I started with a very early version of FTM (version 2, I think) and have upgraded as version after version came out. This is the first conversion that has had issues, though.

Any more ideas would be welcome. If I discover anything on my own, I'll let you know.
