1 - Is the Brush Script issue ONLY on the Book Title page?

2 - Headers / Footers, Book and Chapters --- Are you OK now?

3 - Is it possible that your Printer is impacting the margin settings?

When you make the Margin Settings, is that for each chapter? AND that the settings you make are NOT appearing as they should on the Chapters? OR are you talking about the Title Page with the image?

I would NOT suggest reinstalling the program. I have rarely seeing reinstalling the program fix anything.
