I would be very interested to see that picture. I have too one of an Ernst's Family, which was taken at the end of the 19th century in Kensington, ILL, by a photographer Feuerstein. It shows 8 children and an old man, whos name is Heinrich (or Henry) Ernst. He was born in Germany in 1821 and immigrated in USA in 1839 or 1840.
His sister in Germany, Ernestine Ernst, born 1815, is my gg-grandmother. Regards, Klaus H. A. Jacob
