Ms. Henry -- According to my records, it appears Captain James Arnold married Essie Mae Epperson on Saturday, May 21, 1932. I have the page (torn, unfortunately, on the entry you care about)from the Epperson Bible that belonged to Ira Cleson Epperson. I also have entries on that family recorded by Vera Glasgow Epperson wife of John Edward Epperson. My Dad would love to hear from you. He's 84 (in June), and loves to talk family history.
