I am looking for information on Thomas and Mary Eppard in Rockingham County, Virginia. I believe Thomas J. was the son of Reuben and Sarah E. Eppard, and born in 1847, Reuben born in 1815. Thomas and Mary had a daughter, Cora Lee, married Hiram Franklin Davis, who are my great grandparents. Hiram's maternal grandparents are Joseph Hiriam and Permellia Eppard Samuels. I wonder if these two Eppard families are related; if so, how. I would greatly appreciate any information available.
