Nora Jane Eplin

Hello,

I am researching my great-grandmother, Nora Jane Eplin (but also may have been Epling as I have records that show both spellings).
She was born in either Arkansas or Texas in 1878, married Amos Quinlan Hall in 1901 and died in Wood County, Texas on April 9, 1909.
I have a census record that shows her mother's first name as Josephine and she was a widow in 1880. I have no clue as to Nora's father's first name other than a wild guess that it may have been William, as I found only one Eplin old enough in an 1860 Texas census record that was born in Arkansas, which matches the 1880 Census record showing Nora's father was born in Arkansas.
William's father was John EPlin, born around 1818 in Missouri.
This is all I have and if anyone has any info that matches up with anything listed above, please contact me as I have been researching this line of my tree for over a decade with very little to show for it.
Thanks.
Richard
