Obituary
Elnora Clevinger Epling, Age 68, of Dry Fork Road of Marrowbone passed away Sunday, February 27, 1994 at the Pikeville Methodist Hospital.
Se was born in Pike County on July 11, 1925 to the late Early and Ella Owens Clevinger. She was a homemaker and attended the Old Regular Baptist Church.
In addition to ther parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Epling; one daughter Debra Kaye Epling; and two brothers, Chester Clevinger and Robert Earl Clevinger.
Included among her survivors are five sons, Donnie Ray Epling, Gary Edward Epling, Homestead, Florida, Teddy Wayne Epling, Dry Fork of Marrowbone, Larry Allen Epling, Harless Creek and Timothy Arthur Epling of the home; four daughters, Brenda Faye Gentzel, Honestead, Florida, Ella Mae Meade of Powells Creek, Francis Ann Morgan, Dry Fork Road of Marrowbone and Sheila Jane Timmons of Thomasville, Georgia; nine brothers, Leon Clevinger, Dennis Clevinger, and Ellis Clevinger of Marrowbone, Dean Clevinger of Belleview, Ohio, Donnie Clevinger of Conover, Ohio, Randy Clevinger and Norman Clevinger of Biggs Branch, Paul Clevinger and Jimmy Clevinger of Johns Creek; and one sister, Mary Clevinger Kiser of Dry Fork of Marrowbone.
Also included among her survivors are 18 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren and scores of friends, relatives and neighbors who will regretfully mourn her passing.
