Lodwick Abelen arrival in Philadelphia

I was searching for a ships passenger list for the arrival of the Nida family and found the following names. A possibility of a match with Yerick Adam Nydig, age 42. Name on oath of allegience list the same day is Gorg Adam Neidig. But, on the same ship, the Patience, Sept. 16, 1748, is Lodwk. Abling, age 49. Name on the oath of allegience list is Ludwig Eberling. This is very close to the Lodwick Abelen Jeff has on his FTM Generation No. 1 page as being associated with John Paul Epling. I don't know what the association might be but, for what it's worth, there it is. The ship, Patience, made 5 trips between Rotterdam and Philadelphia begining in 1747, as far as I could tell.
