Deposition of Emily (Maxwell)(Tanksley) Eoff
"State of Arkansas County of Cleburne
"Emily C. Eoff, being durly sworn states I knew Henry M.
Eoff in his lifetime. I am his widow. He died in Cleburne
County Arkansas on or about the 3rd day of October, 1905.
He left affiant as his widow, and had born to him the
following children to-wit: Marion C. Eoff, John D. Eoff,
G. Preston Eoff, Bertha Tackett, Nancy P. Davis and Irvin
Eoff, the latter only (Irvin Eoff) having died before
conveying interest in the W 1/2 of the NW 1/4 Sec 1 T11N
R12W and prior to the death of Henry M. Eoff his father,
and the said Irvin Eoff left two children surviving him,
to wit, Ora Eoff and Grady Eoff.
"The said Hemry M. Eoff left no other children nor descend-
ants as children who had died prior to his death, neither
was there any administration of his estate, and he left no
will but all his debts were discharged without administration"
"Emily C. Eoff--her mark
"Subscribed and sworn before me this 25th day of May, 1914
