Dean: I have very little on the Shipman family. I have the
1910 Census if you need that. Jasper was listed as a lodger
with the Shipman family on that census but was single at
that time.

Apparently Jasper and James Eoff were the same person;
he was on the SSDI as Jasper Eoff. He married a Bollie
Stevens before 1939 but I do not have the date.
I used the name Dicey in my previous message; all my
records have Dica so perhaps Dicey is incorrect.
Please let me know if you find anything more on Dica Shipman.
