Hi Shirley,
I was looking up Charles E. Dotter rel. to Isom family in Franklin & Crawford Co., MO...Charles was s/o John & Isabel Eoff Dotter...John was br. in PA they md. in St. Louis Co., MO. in 1853 ( they had 10 children 7 sons 3 dau ) ...1880 census has them in Boone Twp., Franklin, MO....as for the other Eoff's I don't know....hope this helps..JoEllyn
