Heman Geer was married to Cynthia Ann Eoff,d/o J.(ohn)
L.(eonard) Eoff. They lived togather until about Oct. 1862 and since then have not been living togather as man and wife. The two youngest children have been with Eoff since Feb.1863. The mother is not now in this state(NOTE:She went to California) and their father is in or about Canyon City,(Grant County),Oregon. No provision made for the care of children.
