I know you posted this several years ago, but there has been an Eoff reunion every year of my life (since 1974) in or around the Abilene area. My grandma, Alma Vinson, made a promise to my great-grandma, Mary V. Eoff Vinson that she would continue the reunions. She did until her death. I think this year was the first year that my family did not host this event. I can get any information you need if you are still interested.
