Samuel Parker lineage, maybe

Is anyone familiar with the Samuel Parker Eoff Decendants from William Eoff? I have found Williams middle initial as A (for Alexander), C, and O. Also, does anyone know if there is any truth to the tale of Samuel Parker killing william and being hanged for the crime?

Last and certainly not least:

My grandmother's mother is Edna Eoff, daughter of Edward and Nora Lee Eoff (the source for this is my grandmother, so I think it's true). Shirly Eoff was great and posted Edward's Death Cert. here, and that makes Edwards father William C. Eoff (I believe the middle name may be Chelsey) and his mother would be Millie. Now I'm stuck at William C. and trying to find out if he is a decendant of Samuel Parker Eoff. Does anyone on here know?
