Enyeart/Enjoert/En Hardt....town in Flanders?

Enjoert or any of the other spellings could refer to a town in Flanders, En Hardt....which could refer to the birthplace or area where Carel (Charles) was from....En Hardt, Flanders, which was then the Netherlands...
