Hi Sarah, Henry's marriage was found in the geneology site for California by me, and confirmed by his grand daughter!
As for how I fit in.... several generations back, an ancestor of Henry Taylor Ensor's had a gr gr gr grand daughter.... Ethel Willett Ensor (1890-1965 in New Zealand)
married an ancestor of mine... Edward E Ensor (1891-? also in New Zealand). My family's direct line can only be traced back to about 1686 in Dorset, whereas Ethel's goes back to before 1525 when John Endsore married Helene de Savage in Comberforde, Staffordshire.
Henry Taylor's Ensor family came from Ireland. Charles E Ensor, his father came to California between 1864- 1873
His wife was Elizabeth Caroline Howard. Howard County in California is named for her father. That tid bit came from a book about the wine industry in California.
I hope that this info helps a bit.
Fran
