Wow!! Thank you so much, your information makes a lot more sense than the other info. on Benjamin. I just had a feeling I had the wrong person. Everything was pretty close, but for some reason I just could not imagine how Benjamin got from one side of the country to the other so fast, as to have two sets of families, so close together in birth years!! Ben's children listed with Willie Anna Matilda Nash were in almost the same time, as my Grandfather and his sisters!! I just knew this had to be a separate person!!
I am just curious, I have been trying to find Ben for a long time, can I ask you where you received all this info.? My relatives have never mentioned the name Bingham?? They all said all they knew is that his name was Benjamin Franklin Ensor, he was from Maryland, and all his family was there, except for a Nathan around Dallas or Ft. Worth. Evidently he just left my GGranmother and never came back?? Strange, anyway, You have really helped me out with this, and I truly appreciate it. My mother (Laura Ensor),(maiden name) just lost her husband (my stepfather), and I thought this would be interesting to research, since it has been a family puzzle! She was just thrilled at your response! And she feels you have found her Grandfather!!
If you have anything else on Ben (Or Bingham), please let us know, would you know where he was buried? Someone said it was in DeKalb, Tx. but I can't seem to find anything on that either. (Bowie Co.) By the way, my daughter is Laura,my son is Nicholas, and my maiden name is Butler!!
Thanks Again
Brenda
