I have a copy of the 1850 census of Edgefield and Fairfield Counties of South Carolina with 2 Ensminger families listed: Eery and Sarah Ensminger ages 49 and 53, respectively,are 1 family and Fredrick and Sarah Ensminger ages 56 and 45, respectively, are the other household. Frederick and Sarah have 8 children listed under them: Jeremiah, 19, William, 18, James, 14, John, 12, Martha, 9, Mary, 6, Sabra, 4, and Sarah, 2. I would appreciate any information about these persons.
