I hope the following is helpful to you. Judge John Rumley Enochs married Mary Steen in Nashville, Tennessee in 1812. They moved to Mississippi in 1817. They had eleven children (four born in Tennessee and the remaining seven born in Mississippi.) Four of their sones served in the Confederate Army. Their children were: Asanath Enochs, William Carroll Enochs, Vernetta Enochs, Nancy Jane Enochs, Enoch Enochs, Mary Ann Enochs, Eliza Enochs, John Fletcher Enochs, Isaac V. Enochs, Julia A. Enochs, and James B. Enochs.
