My grandfather George Enns escaped Russia during the Bolshevik Revolution with his parents, sister and brothers. At great risk to their lives they carried the family Bible and a book with a history of the Enns family. They were Mennonites and very honest and humble. In the 1970's or 80's my grandfather travelled to Reedley, Calif. to visit other Enns family members and loaned the history book to one of them. It was never returned to him. He tried in vain before he died to find it to pass on to his oldest son as was the custom. If someone from the Reedley, Calif. Enns family finds this book please contact the rightful heir, Edward Enns of Chico, Calif. Our family would be so appreciative to have this lost family treasure back. Please email Ed Enns at eenns34825@aol.com We realize the person who recieved it may have died and we are hoping someone recognizes it and will return it to us. Thankyou for any help to find it.
