I have an Innes mystery myself. Maggie Innes was born in 1879 in the Lanark/Frontenac area. She married Anthony Guigue. She was the
d/o Mary Ann Sharbot and grand daughter of Francis Sharbot who came to
Sharbot Lake from Lake of Two Mountains in Quebec and is the founder of the
Natives in that area.
Do you have anything close to this? As a Native descentant from this area,
I am interested in Cota/Cote and Bedard/Badour who married into this family.
I have researched all of the Frontenac birth, marriage and death records. I
came across only one birth reference to this name: David James Scott born
1896 to William Scott and Bella Ennis of Snow Road, which is in the northern
part of Frontenac Co (Sharbot Lake area). However, I have several deaths of
Ennis:

Mary Wartman Ennis d1889 age 52 in Frontenac County, Loughborgh Twp
