I am looking for family information for anyone who may be connected to Arthur Ennis (my g grandfather) His wife was Martha MacDonald Patterson (b Dublin Ireland but ancestors from Scotland) They were married in Dublin Ireland in 1836. They had several children, James b 1838; MaryAnn b 1841; Margaret b 1841; Isabella b 1843; Rebecca b 1845; George b 1848; Elizabeth b 1853; Olive b 1855; and John Arthur (my grandfather b 1859. It appears as though Arthur Ennis had a son from a previous marriage (?) whose name was David (David was married to Matilda), there was also another son John. I did find a posting in regard to Olive Theresa Ennis Reed from some time ago but my post was never answered. Olive and Isabella both married and move with their husbands to Minnesota. I did know of a cousin, Wilmer Elliott of Rosemount Minnesota who my dad was close to. He had a sister, Florence, and a brother, Ralph. I was told that the families of Arthur and Martha were moved from Scotland to Ireland by the English. Would love to hear anything regarding these people. Thanks, Kathleen Ennis Carlsbad California
