You are correct that Abraham (married Jemima Elliott) was not the son of Abraham and Mary Deason. This Abraham was the son of Henry, Henry was the son of John, John was the son of Hendrick. John died and "left 4 orphan children". Two names have been proven, of the 4. They are Abraham and Henry, both being "bound out" to be raised and taught a trade. Henry married a woman by the name of Mary (surname unknown), and had six known children. One of them is Abraham that married Jemima Elliott. I can give further info. if needed. I am trying to get the info. straightened out on Abraham's parents. Henry, born 1740, also is not a son of Abraham and Mary, and many show this information as true, it is not. This Henry married Mary Elliott. Mary and Jemima were sisters. It is very probable that Abraham and Henry (both of whom married Elliott sisters) were VERY closely related, but neither were children of Abraham and Mary Deason)
