Regina English Ayers, 49, of Kitchen Branch Road,
Greeneville, Greene Co TN, died Tuesday morning, July 21,
2009, due to injuries received in an automobile accident.
Mrs. Ayers was co-director of Caring Choice Home Health
Service.
She was a daughter of the late J. W. English; and was
preceded in death by a daughter, Erica Ayers.
Survivors include her husband, Ira Denton Ayers; a son,
D. J. Ayers; a stepdaughter, Angie Ayers; her mother and
stepfather, Evelyn (English) and Dale Hensley; a sister
and brother-in-law, Kathy and Bob Stubblefield of
Knoxville, TN; a special nephew, Robert French; a step-
granddaughter, Taylor Campbell; her mother-in-law, Launa
Ayers; a brother-in-law, Larry Ayers; and several uncles,
aunts, and cousins.
The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.,
July 23, 2009, at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
The funeral service will follow visitation at 8 p.m., in
the funeral home chapel. The Rev. Rex Brown and the Rev.
Don Alexander will officiate. Pallbearers will be Robert
French, Scott McAmis, Victor Taylor, Blaine Scott, Jeffery
Bright, and Nathan Scott.
A committal service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, July
24, 2009, in Pleasant Hill Cumberland Presbyterian Church
Cemetery, on the Kingsport Highway.
