Nelda, thanks for your note, and yes, I am still trying to find information on Levi ENGLETT. Still have not been able to verify if my GGGGrandmother, Rhoda Oliver PELT, is the Rhoda PELT found in the marriage license book in Clarke County, AL. If they (Levi and Rhoda) did follow through on marriage, where did they go??? I have not been able to find Levi or Rhoda in any census data nor other paper documents. Almost like the left the planet. I do believe that Levi was close kin/connected to the Michael ENGLETT family - ENGLETT is just not that common of a surname and the close proximity to the Henry/Rhoda PELT household.

I would be glad to help research any possibility here that I might be able to help with as I am very interested in who this "Rhoda PELT" was that is mentioned in that marriage license. You can contact me direct at the below e-mail address.
