My relatives communicated with Father Englert after seeing his account in Thor Heyerdahl's book about Easter Island, Aku-Aku. Sebastian responded and spoke of his relatives in Germany. We were not able to link our Englerts with his, but if anyone has an interest, I'll share his letter.
