Siblings reunite 51 years after near-fatal fire split family

Richmond VA
names mentioned are:
Hilda Englehart Boon, 5 years old at time of the fire, lives near Phyllis.
Emmett Englehart (twin of Minnie), farms in VA southside near Keysville.
Minnie Englehart Andreef, 11 yrs old at the time, now 62 years old, married 40 yrs.
Leslie Englehart, deceased.
Phyllis Englehart Coghill Chesterfield VA, 18 months old at the time of fire.
Butch Englehart, 3 yrs old, started the fire playing with a broom on the houseboat and it caought fire.
There were 12 children in this family. Mother was away at the time of the blaze, deemed unfit and father ill and away from home so the children were put in foster homes by the welfare.
