From Carolyn Ericson's, CONFEDERATE SKETCHES OF NACOGDOCHES COUNTY, I also found that William Gunn Engledow participated in the Battle of Mansfield and the Battle of Pleasant Hill. He was severely wounded at Pleasnat Hill and lost his arm from the wounds. There is a photo of William Gunn Engledow in this sketch. I could scan a copy if you'd like. I also have some descendant information if you're interested.

Good luck,

Gayle
