Engledow Family Genealogy Forum

I'm not currently at home, so I don't remember what we discussed. I know this info is new.
Maude and Clarence had at least, and probably only, 2 children, Mary Ellen and John William Engledow. Mary inherited a gold watch from her grandmother Juliette, and John inherited $40 that was to be placed in savings until he was 21, at which time it would be used to purchase him a gold watch.
At the time of Juliette's death, Clarence & family resided in Grundy Center, Iowa, and in the next few years after, they were hospitalized from a car-accident.
Clarence was a photographer in Vinton, and his studio was damaged by fire at least twice, the second time being reported in "The Vinton Eagle" on Feb 10, 1911. Due to several statements made in Juliette's will, I believe his... fortunes never greatly improved. Clarence had two siblings, Calvin D. (buried with his parents in Mt. Auburn) and Minnie Bunten -- Minnie between 1927 and 1930.
