Arthur Toogood & Alice Pears

I am researching my husband's Pears line which was from Warwickshire, England. Alice Pears was born about 1862 in Stoke, Warwickshire, England and the last I have of her is on the 1891 Census where she appears with her husband Arthur Toogood. He is 32 and was born in Oldswinford, Worcestershire - they are living at 165, Lichfield Rd. - Civil Parish of Sutton Coldfield, Eccl. Parish of St. Michael, Warwickshire, England - and they have one son John who is age 3.

Among some family photos was an envelope addressed to my husband's 2nd great-grandfather - I can't make out the year on the postage mark, but it was from maybe Stonebridge(?) Worcs. and from a Mrs. Hales (who I believe was Anne Pears-Hales). There isn't a letter in the envelope, but there are several photos. One of them is of a young boy in an alter boy robe (?), the back says "Percy Toogood age 11" - I would love to learn more about who Percy was since I have a photo of him. Was he John? or did Alice & Arthur have more children after the 1891 census? or was he a grandson of Alice & Arthurs? I will share the photo if you are connected.
