1871 Census Chilwell

I am wondering if anyone can help me find where this place is and if it exists today.

I found it on RG10/3554, page 71 from ancestry.com. It is schedule 56 and the street name is Old Chilwell, Parish of Attenborough and Ecclesiatrical District of Lincoln. It was a Baptist Theological College. The head was a William Underwood, age 59 and born in Leicester.

My relative studied there in the early 1860's. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find him or his fellow students in the 1861 census, although William Underwood was at Sherwood Rise where the College was previously.

It would be nice to know where the College acutally was.

Thank you
