The Free Reg site shows a baptism for a Downing Rallison on 5th March 1775 at Hingham, father Richard but mother's name shown as ? which may mean they couldn't read it. No record of Richard's marriage on that site to help with her maiden name. Suspect there weren't 2 chidren around that time with that name.
