Afternoon Carol
I have tried looking in various sources for the couple; but without confidentally identifying them.
Have you any more information on them, where they settled in Canada etc?
I have got access to the 1911 Canadian Census; but it is separated by Provinces, so one needs to have some idea which.
Also Searches are complicated by "Minnie" generally being a "pet/fond" name rather than a registered name. And both tthe pet name and the registered name tend to be used almost inter-changeably, depending on the solemnity of the occasion etc.
"Minnie" tends to be used in the north of England, Scotland and Ireland. Whilst the registered name usually starts with "M", I have also seen it used when "Wilhelmina" was the formal name.
Regarding their marriage and births, these potentially could be on any of the three main Registration Systems for the UK, England & Wales (One Register), Scotland (1 Register) and Ireland (Another Register) - hence three main systems.
READ could be REED, REID etc.

Mrs M Brown is travelling on the same ticket, cabin etc as Hugh.
The others do NOT appear to be associated with Hugh and Mrs M Brown, as the others are travelling on different tickets; and are on different pages of the Ship Manfest.

There are a couple of other possibles but improbable, amongst several hundred results.

Try to get more solid information at the Canadian Archives.
This link to the 1911 Canadian Census may be of use, IF THEY ARRIVED EARLIER; but gives you some idea of the searching required.
