Afternoon Sue

I note that thee is a lot about the Rev Thomas Hooker on the web, including-

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thomas_Hooker

==========================================

Geographically, there is little to choose between the two churches involved, St Mildred is about 350 yards SSE of St Lawrence.

Both are within the bounds of The City of London, ie the ancient part originating in the Roman town of Londinium.

Cambridge and Leicestershire are to the north of London.

Esher is distinctly south-west of London.

Chelmsford is distinctly NE of London.

So no obvious connections.

===================================

I wonder to what extent the Pilgrim Fathers may be involved, as they were involved with a move from England to Holland, before setting out for North America, around the same time.

Alex
