The National Archives have the PCC wills.
Explained on website:

These PCC wills are downloadable for small fee.
Here's one to whet your appetite!
It's the only such one listed, but there were clearly Osbornes in Nayland back in the 1500s!
Will of John Osborne of Nayland, Suffolk
Collection: Records of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury
Date range: 03 October 1584 - 03 October 1584
Reference:PROB 11/67/393
Sorry, that'd a 160 year gap for you to fill in!
It suggests, though, that a thorough investigation of the Nayland parish registers should prove fruitful.
For learning about genealogical resources for England, Suffolk and Nayland, see:

There are many instances of the name LAZELL (with 101 variants LASIL, LACEL. LAYZEL, LAISEL etc.) in Suffolk and Essex. I can't identify a definite baptism for Hannah (Isaac's wife). However, Assington is very close to Nayland, so this will, and parish registers there, may provide some clues:
Will of Thomas Layzel, Farmer of Assington , Suffolk
Collection: Records of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury
Date range: 12 June 1781 - 12 June 1781
Reference:PROB 11/1079/149
Signing off now. Good luck!
