Hi Erin,
a bit more for you
I found the death for Nellie Grace Percival – she died 1880 Stepney, London
And Walter Charles Percival died 1899 Stepney which explains why I could not find him in 1901
Daughter Alice Lydia married 1902 Stepney - possible husbands from index:
Martin Joseph Reynolds and William Wheeler – I suspect Wheeleras the other woman listed is Sophia Wheeler and unlikely she married a Wheeler but not impossible
I think I found the Percivalsin 1901 as initials and agesall seem to fit

I realized that Rose Florence, the daughter born 1887 is not with them in 1891 so I looked for her death – she died 1888 Stepney.
. I also looked for birth of Nellie/Ellen daughter born about 1892and found an Ellen Sarah Percival born 1891 Stepney – only one who seems to fit.
I was wrong about Alice Lydia - it seems she did marry the Reynolds man.
