Hi Tanya,
I found what looks like a second marriage for Fred to Lily Rosson in Wentworth Co. 1918
It shows Fred's parents as George Fennell and Ellen Warner
Fred is a widower
occupation - tool maker
Born Birmingham, Englandso info seems to fit
So I looked for him in England to see if I could find him with parents George and Ellenand siblings Amos and Henry

So there is a brother Henry but no Amos unless Benjamin was called Amos at some point ?? There is a birth for a Benjamin Stephen Fennell 1864 Birmingham - I have notfound him after than until a marriage in 1881 and death record in Oct. 1904 Whitechapel, London

Henry Albert Fennell married Emma Roper - registered OCT/NOV/DEC 1882 Aston, Warwickshire
Benjamin Stephen Fennel married- registered OCT/NOV/DEC 1881 Birmingham- possible wives Mary Ann E. Brittle or Mary Ann Harding
Since both of these choices are woman named Mary Ann I looked for a Mary Ann Fennell in 1881 and later, hoping to find Benjamin-
there is a Mary A. E. Fennell living in Birmingham in 1901 with daughters May 17, and Nellie 15, but no husband. BUT her initials do match with those of the possible wife for Benjamin - Mary Ann E. Brittle
They are living with a Samuel Clarke , age 45 and are listed as his cousins - he is a widower and Mary A.E. is listed as married.
Okay - finally found them in 1891 - could not find them through ancestry.com but found Benjamin listed in 1891 on familysearch.org so went back to ancestry to find them there. This does show him with daughters Mary and Nellie.
1891WILLENHALL, WOLVERHAMPTON, WEDNESFIELD, ST. THOMAS, STAFFORDSHIRE, ENGLAND
FSMAELL ( this is how they are indexed)
Benjamin S., age 28, electric engineer, born Birmingham
Mary Ann Eliza, age 28, wife, born Sandy Cane Camp Hill, Birmingham
Mary, age 7, daughter, scholar, born Sandy Cane Camp Hill
Nellie, age 5,daughter, scholar, born Sandy Cane Camp Hill
I hope this helps. No Amos found for this family. There is an Amos Fennell born about 1876 Warwickshire - parents are Stephen and Jane and they do not have sons Henry or Fred so no match.
Where did you get the name Amos from and the occupations of Minister and Barber??
