Richard Joseph Boxall was my great-grandfather. He came to Australia from England (Winchester ?) around 1839 as a lad of 15. Became a "farmer and carter " in the Windsor district of NSW. Married Mary Ann PAULL 1854 at Windsor NSW. Their daughter Sarah Louise Boxall married my grandfather, Charles Brown in 1889. Richard Boxall died at the Brown family home,"Ambryn" at Granville NSW in 1917. Does anyone have any further knowledge of Richard Joseph Boxall, e.g. his birth details, parents names, name of ship on which he travelled to Australia etc.?
Any information would be much appreciated.
