I am looking for any information on William RUSSELL that accompanied Lord CORNBURY to New York in 1700 with his retinue. William was an early Freemason and later lived in New Haven, CT, USA. His father may have been named Nicholas RUSSELL. William died in 1740 so was probably born about 1660-1680 in England.
