I need to find some Flint/Gedney family or researchers in Lincolnshire. I am interested in George and Ann Gedney, their son William and Rebecca Gedney, and their daughter **Mary who married William Flint in Lincoln, Eng. 21 Mar 1842. William and Mary, and probably her parents, William and Rebecca Gedney, left soon after William and Mary's marriage, for the U.S. They might have been on ship, 6-8 weeks. They all came to IL. I would like to know how I can get records from Lincoln, of their births, marriages, and how to find the ship they might have left England on. Can help anyone researching these families, with info on these people after they came to U.S.
