Thank you again for looking. I don't have any soild information on John and Elizabeth other then what i sent. I can only speculate about other things. Such as each childs middle name is Tennyson. I don't understand why someone would do that. There was a Ralph and Dorothy Tennyson that lived in the same town. I don't know if there is an relation. George Tennyson was the vicar for that area. But he arrived after they were married and the birth of their first child. (George is Alfred Lord Tennysons father and his son was born after John and Elizabeths first child was born so there wasn't any naming after the poet). I thought first maybe Tennyson was Elizabeth maiden name but i have not found any connection. Possible she could have been a ward of Ralph and Dorothy. But i haven't found any connection there either.
I not found anything that shows they stayed in Grimsby. I can only assume they moved to Claxby. Because in a centinual book that was put out by the town of Marcus, Iowa USA, it stated that Trevor Tennyson Williams was born in Claxby. I figure his wife gave that information becasue she wasn't aware of where he was born. She came from Claxby and that is where they married. JOhn Williams signed the marriage license so i know he attended the wedding. Trevor sister Harriett also married in Claxby. So once again i am assuming the family had moved there. But there is a Thomas Tennyson Williams buried at Doughty Road Cemetery Grimsby. So you see I can only make assumptions on this family. So i am not much help.
