Dear Jennifer - Hope this is of any assistance to you. I have taken this from 1841 (1851 not yet complete on the web site I use), 1861 and 1871 Census for Lincolnshire.

1841 Census
William Lawman 50yrs born abt 1791 Agic. lab. living in Laughton, nr Gainsborough along with Mildred wife 40yrs b. 1801, Elizabeth daughter 11 yrs b. 1830, Sarah daughter 8 yrs b. 1833, and William son 4yrs b. 1837

1861 Census
William Lawman 71 yrs, b. 1790 in Kelsey, Lincs - Could be North Kelsey or South Kelsey (to the east of Gainsborough) Agric.Lab. with wife Mildred 63 yrs, b. 1798 in Laughton,Sarah daughter 27 yrs b.1834 - Dressmaker. and
Watson Lawman, Grandson 4yrs b.1857 all born in Laughton except the elder William.

1871 Census
Mildred Lawman (william now deceased) Head of family, age 73 b. 1798 (couldn't read what she did for a job! blurred)
Sarah Daughter age 37 b. 1834, dressmaker and Whatson (different spelling-the person from Census mispelt his name) grandson 14 yrs scolar. All born in Laughton and living at Hall Street, Laughton, nr Gainsborough

Are you living in the UK or abroad? If I can help any more please let me know. I go to the Lincoln Archives now and again where they have Lincolnshire records. from Jean

p.s. There are 2 Laughton's in Lincolnshire but yours is definitely from the Gainsborough Laughton
